Hi everyone, I’m Teresa, currently based in Shanghai. I have spent most of my career working in multinational companies, with experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategy, and leading teams in a fast-changing environment. At this stage of my life, I am going through a transition — reflecting on my past experiences while exploring new possibilities for the next chapter. I’m especially interested in how we discover our own voices, reconnect with our bodies and emotions, and find the courage to make choices that are more aligned with who we truly are at different stages of life. I’m excited to meet all of you, hear your stories, and learn from each other along this journey.
