Hello, everyone! My journey with CMW began back in 2018 in Shanghai, China. Looking back, though, the very true beginning might have been four years prior to that in Japan, when I first met Hide-san through a leadership program. Since then, I’ve been fully immersed in what was right in front of me—sometimes taking delightful detours along the way. I’m filled with so much joy to see this space take shape where all of us can gather like this. Let’s connect even more, spark exciting ideas together, and make the world around us a better place, starting right from where we stand!
